Great experience for us and our pet companion, our cat! I recommend everyone to take their optimal care plan. Professionalism and friendly service.

The level of service I have received from this establishment has been subpar. I had a virtual visit scheduled today at 4pm, to which I was 10 minutes early as the email suggested. I waited until 4:15pm for the Vet to join. This virtual visit was only "scheduled" due to never receiving any type of information concerning a mass that was found on my pet. I took her in for testing, paid the additional costs and still have not heard from anyone. I took my pet to another location, only to discover the E. Colonial location failed to do any proper documentation of her last examination which included my concern regarding the mass. This is poor customer service and I expect to hear from someone soon.

Have taken our 2 (now only 1) dog to this vet for a while and a few bad cases put a bad taste in our mouth using them. 1. Left work for a bit thinking i was just dropping my then puppy off very quick then returning to work. The front desk told me to go to the side where someone (nurse or doctor i cant remember) would meet me when she was back from lunch. After about 5 minutes, sure enough i see 3 ladies walk in from lunch pass right by me and go into the back talking casually. Sure enough about 10-15 more minutes go by and still nothing. I go back to the front and tell them i still waiting and they apologize and call them. I go back to waiting in the office i was told to waiti in and sure enough, in comes one of the girls that walked in the building 15min earlier with no urgency. Was pretty annoying. 2. Next was when we took in or dog to get spayed. We had a time and day scheduled about a month in advance, as that was all that was available with our schedule. The day of, we took her in and a few hours later, they call and tell us they had an emergency visit come in and that we'd have to try again another day. That was understandable, so we rebooked for a couple weeks later. The next attempt, we took her in and then got a call about 4 hours later again, saying the same thing had happened and we'd need to rebook again. This time we were a bit agitated and asked if we could come get her. They said we'd need to wait a couple hours since they had just put her under anesthesia... why did you put her under if you cant see her today?? and if you had us wake up at 7am on a sat morning to bring her in early to get the process started, why are you just now giving her ansthesia at noon???

Omg the best place ever! Even my cat agrees and if pumpkin spice likes it then so do I. She had her rabies shot and was just perfect on the ride home. In and out no hassle no fuss and the staff is amazing

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
