I have received superior customer services each time that I chose ĢO Car Wash to clean my car and polish my wheels. They are a great organization. I have recommended others to them.

The car wash missed the whole passenger side of my vehicle. Tried to go back around to rewash, hit help the attendant just stayed in her box and opened the gate. I had to try to explain the problem to the prewash guy in a very loud situation where we were trying to talk over the machine. Disappointed, with the gate person and the wash. The prewash guy was awesome, the rewash still missed my whole passenger side a second time. Not worth the cost.

If I could give a zero star review I would! 4/4/2022 I visited the Stateline location and the gentleman that waves you in knocked on my window and asked for a tip. I proceeded to say the water is going I am not going to roll my window down. He said bring money next time. He then did the vehicle behind me as well that was also a female. The gentleman behind that vehicle approached me after I was vacuuming and asking if everything was alright. He then told me that He wasn't asked but saw the guy do it to the car in front of him. I am extremely appalled by this. I did contact the office and informed them of this matter. The guy that answered was indeed very nice and assured me this went against company policy. I said I wont return as I don't feel comfortable going back there. 4/5/2022 Went to visit the Grandview location off Blue Ridge to try Go Car Wash again before I cancel my services. The gentleman that waves you was aggressive and gave me attitude as my car wasn't stopping fast enough for him. (no vehicle in front or behind me) I then rolled my window down and explained to not give me attitude I am going slow in the bay and was slowing my vehicle. When I proceeded through not one sud or soap was sprayed on my vehicle. The water pressure was so light. My car got knocked left and ridge from the spinners. I drove up to the vacuums and the vacuums I attempted to use were turned off! Beware if you ever go to use GO Car Wash! Definitely ending my membership. Maybe they need to do a thorough check on all their employees? Maybe do a customer service review as these fools are ridiculous.

The Grandview location did a much better job of cleaning the back of my suv than other locations that have left the back area still dirty. The guy attendant was very helpful with the payment and wash selection machine and informative on the membership special they were having for unlimited washes for $9.99 a month for 3 months for their best wash.
