They had me to pull fwd from drive thru...wait too long so I called inside & had mgr to cancel & refund item of my order! She apologized for the long wait, as she handed me my refund. Haven't been back since. It has been awhile since I ate at Arby's & it just might be awhile b4 I go back to that location!! It was just that I had just gotten off from work doing third shift overnight, and I was hungry, sleepy, and it was hot outside and I just got frustrated and irritated because it was just taking too long and other cars came and went probably about three or four and it just rubbed me the wrong way!😳🥴😴🥵🤨😠

First off don’t know whether to start we order 2 fish sandwiches and 2 spicy fish sandwiches, 2 fries. Why in the world would we get 2 plain fish sandwiches and 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches. Cold fries. This place needs to be shut down. They don’t have to worry about me ever coming back. People want a pay raise and can’t get orders right SMDH

When I first moved to this area, 7 years ago, the service was fine. However, it has gradually declined to the point of abysmal. Tonight, I was at the drive thru (20 minutes before closing at 7) and my order was brought out just before then. I found items missing but was not able to stop them before they went back inside. I had to wait for an employee to come back out with another vehicles order and was met with a horrible attitude when I tried to explain, which I drew attention to and promptly requested a refund to go elsewhere. I was told that wouldn't (expletive) happen and to leave. I waited until the same individual came out with the 2 of the 3 missing items, but the same attitude he gave me prevented me from eating them. I will be paying a visit to your store tomorrow, with those items, in the event that they were tampered with in some way.
