The new California burger is a good layer setup of 2 1/8th pound burger patties with cheese and special sauce, fries were hot and fresh, restaurant was clean and had a friendly helpful staff

Usually when a business has its open times posted they abide by that. If it is 5:00 am, the staff is there at 4:00 or 4:30 preparing to open. They don’t get there at 5:00 am to 6:00 am. My start time at my job is 6:00. I leave at 5:00 to be there and prepare to start at 6:00. Many times I have stopped here at this Hardee’s at 5:10 and they are not open. A few times I was waiting till 5:30. I keep going to work without breakfast because this place is not managed properly!

That is odd. I haven't experienced anyrhing like that at this location. I recommend you go back and get a refund or call the corp office.
