During these times, "set aside" projects take on a new life. My old blinds strings were increasingly undependable...yes, I hesitated. No worries when working with you folks! And my old product is donated to Habitat. Selecting, ordering and installation were completed with skill, efficiency and appropriate masking. Less than 90 minutes and work is complete. Sunrise my first morning was exactly as I imagined it would be. Light flowing into the room through the upper window, just like the moonlight from the first night. My mini blinds had a minor problem. Budget blinds reorded me a new set of blinds and installed the blinds at no cost. Then another factor small problem occurred. Budget Blinds came out again and ordered me a new set of mini blinds and reinstalled them at no cost. They did what it took to get the order perfect. Great customer service. Thanks

Very disappointed with my experience with Budget Blinds in Gearhart. I was told my blinds would be blackout blinds to ensure there was no glare on the TV. My blinds have 5 rows of large holes to accommodate the cords where the sun shines through. I called and explained I did not get what I paid for( nearly $600!). We were told nothing could be done and we were stuck with it. I would encourage potential customers to check out all available options. Including Costco.
