Quoted $16 for a pair of brackets from employee on special order. Saw the price in her book. Employee told me to order threw the store manager Jean. Jean said $27 each! Not a pair, each. The first employee showed me the book. So let's say $16 a pair was the cost to the store not the retail price. I need 8 brackets. 4 paired sets. Jean needed to make $152 profit off of my sale. That's highway robbery. Shop around guys. Jean doesn't realize the consumer decides what the value of a product is. Supply and demand my friend. I tried to support a local store and Jean has forced me to order online. What's the profit margin on $0?
