Ive used Royal for a year and they are great. Easy to work with and a good price. I make my payments over the phone as I live out of the country and they are always available and courteous. This facility is the cleanest and well lit-- I looked at others before I went with them and their facility is very well kept and clean and safe. Nice family business. I definitely recommend them over any others.

Friendly, courteous staff... fair price, clean place, though the insulation in the ceiling was falling down (we didn't have time to tell the office)... If you're using a large truck, have an experienced driver behind the wheel, because it has fairly tight corners

I have been trying to pay my bill also, someone isn't paying attention, probably needed to receive a fax earlier and forgot to switch it back to a phone line!
Yes, they are open in the office from 9am to 6pm, but the facility to get into the units is open 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm
