Total scam, not only did the have only 1 person working so we had to wait an hour before even getting our truck. But they scammed me $200 extra. Got in the car and the gas was already on empty. Filled it back and got charged for fake millage I did not use. I want my money back and im tired of getting a giant bill every time I try to use this service. You people have gotten my bill wrong every time. Infact one time you even tried to charge us over $5000 for damage that was already on the truck before we got it. You’re taking advantage of your customers.

Asked for a 1 day extension on my trip thinking it wouldn't be too expensive and he refused to tell me how much it would cost over the phone. Ended up being $100 dollars extra for the day. Deceptive

I've never had to rent a truck here, but this location is very convenient for propane tank refills and for buying packing and moving supplies. The employees have always been friendly and efficient for propane fills, checking and photographing the date stamped on the tank, making sure it can still be legally refilled. My only issue with this location is one that I completely understand, but it makes propane fills somewhat more difficult. They no longer have customer parking available on the lot. Customers need to park on the street, wherever available, and carry the tank back and forth, with this, obviously being a bit more difficult on the return trip when the tank is full. The lot has virtually every square foot marked off for rental truck parking, or lanes for access to get trucks in and out. So, it makes perfect sense that they simply do not have room for propane and moving supply customer vehicles to be randomly coming and going.

Ripped off! I ordered a 10' truck online for a 650 mile move. The day before I need it they email me they "upgraded" me to a 15' truck. Quote is still $400 after insurance online. When I go in the person working didn't want to be there. "I need something smaller" "no" I couldn't cancel now since they'd charge me $50. I'd rather go not even 10 blocks to the other uhaul to get the size I budgeted for. Also it was $460 after tax. I work at a hotel so I should know but if you get a room online we post the full rate and tax. They wait to surprise you. Also the their website says 10mpg for the 15', it's actually 9 no matter your speed even with a third of a full load. So don't think it's easy to plan ahead or have anyone be helpful
