do not ever move here. there’s brown recluse infestations, cockroach infestations, black mold, apartments flood, the hallways reek of cigarettes, and the basements smell like mold and mildew to the point where you could actually get sick breathing in the odor. that whole entire complex is a health hazard. they told me when i signed my lease that i could not view my unit because they were installing new appliances and new carpet but that it would be ready to view in a week. so a week goes by and we go to view our unit, and there’s no new appliances or carpet, and there’s a big white couch that’s insanely dirty with a cushion missing from it in the middle of the living room, so i terminated my lease before i even moved in because i just realized that i had been scammed and was getting all of the red flags immediately from the complex itself and the property management company running it. i started doing my research and found a website with over 200 reviews dating back from the early 2000’s to now warning people of infestations, flooding, mold, and maintenance stealing jewelry and other valuables from tenants. they even tried to not refund me my deposit or first months rent even though i didn’t even move in yet, which is actually ILLEGAL. if you have kids or pets, you should especially avoid this place at all costs before you get stuck here.

It is very difficult to talk with the office people, because you have to try several times to get the phone answered, I am asking to be moved to another department. I gave my really valid reasons and they still saying that it was not possible. The laundry is always dirty, a pipe has exploded a while ago, it took some days for them to repair them, in the meantime I used my towels and rags to avoid more water leaking into my bath. One week ago there was another leaking problem in the apartment located upstairs and nobody came to clean all the water leaked in my apartment.... and many details more

This will be my 6th year living here and management has gone down every year. This year they gave me a paper saying I need to have my lease signed by 6/24(not even 10 days before this date) or they would consider that a notice of me moving out. They are behind on work and will not have my lease ready until about a week after that date. The assistant manager laughed in my face when I told her I do not believe her word, I need a document signed saying that date has been voided and I do not need to sign by that day, for legal reasons. They refused to give me a paper saying they are behind and I do not need to have my lease signed by the day the originally told me. They already cashed a fraudulent check under my name this year due to them cashing the same rent check TWICE for the same month. I wouldn’t suggest living here to my enemies as management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with with any company ever. Let’s not forget to mention they told me a manager was not available for me to speak to, and then went and got her. So add lying onto the list. If I could rate 0 out of 10 stars for the way this place is ran I would rate -10.

This apartment complex is the worst complex i have ever rented from. I signed this lease 6 months ago, and the dishwasher didnt work. I have been trying for 6 months non stop to get my dishwasher fixed or replaced. for some reason this company just refuses to provide me with a dishwasher. this company is despicable.
