The City Attorney received my complaint and mail me a letter declining my claim for damages, however, the word claim spelled clam. Another supporting detail to their declined clam was that my motorhome was not registered in the state of California. What type of error is this and how much is it worth besides DMV integrity, life, liberty, and the pursue of happiness. 1988 Ford Mallard was my life, liberty, and I was going to pursue my happiness by living in it temporarily to buy the first semitruck, "Wouldn't that be nice." Then get my pilots license with ATP. I graduated LBCC, knowingly, intelligently, voluntarily, and educationally, had my plan of action but it was damaged by LBPD, Towing Operations bcs expired reg, only suspended bcs did not transfer to my name. Long Beach City goverment had destroyed my life and I called 911 for help. Let's say you call 911 and a vehicle you depend on is destroyed bcs of LBPD believing someone else calling the police that you did something to them but they are in your vehicle, refuses to get out. To date, if I am in a situation and need to call 911, then I don't bcs I will have my property destroyed. So don't call 911 and handle the problem yourself.

No.
Typically, most county registrars are responsible for supplying certificates. If your daughter was born in LA county, you could contact the Norwalk Registrar (+1 800-201-8999).
While the City does have an ordinance (LBMC 8.68) in place to help cut down on smoking. This only applies to public spaces. Such as parks, beaches, bus stops and government buildings. For these violations, you can call (562)-570-7950. This does not apply to private residences or complexes. More than likely you'll need to contact the owner and refer to your rental agreement, to see what restrictions apply. As they have the authority to set the building's policy. I hope that helps and good luck.
