We rented an excavator last weekend. After using for 4 hours to dig a ditch in dirt the track came off. Nothing over and above the machine could handle.Had to call a tech out. After a few hours and 30mins waisted machine time to get the track on. He tells us it was set to loose and there wasnt enough grease. Said i hope it will last the next day. Well an hour later the bearing goes out in the same side. Well its sunday. Store closed, tech cant do anything. We have a project that isnt 50% done. Called and get told yes we will pick it up and give you a credit. Well i still have the machine 3 days later and still have a full bill for $590. No calls from management to let us know what the move forward plan is. I really wanted this done with. Now i dont even know if im going to get my money back. Lets not even mention the large ditches i have open in my yard. Update: we received the machine for free for the next weekend. Got the project completed.

Had a great experience. Staff was super helpful (particularly compared to the nearby big box home improvement store). When we had a problem with an equipment that we rented, we called them and they told us on the phone right away what we were doing wrong in trying to start it (our ignorance!) When we couldn't arrange for a rental truck to return the equipment, they let us keep it for another day without charge (although we didn't use it for the extra day), and they picked it up with no problem from where we told them we parked it. We will use them again, highly recommended!
