We had a very awful experience at this dealership. We reserved a Rav 2 months in advance and when it finally arrived today, and we went in to finalize all the paperwork, the sales manager essentially would not work with us. He was not someone who was willing to get on our team, or be helpful in ANY way. We spent over two hours waiting for him to “finalize paperwork” before we decided to walk away. With an excellent credit score -nearly 800’s), there shouldn’t have been any issues. Definitely do not recommend.

Trevor Oley went above and beyond to answer any of my questions. He continued to touch base with me over the course of a couple of weeks in a non pressuring way to see if there were any further questions I had. He always patiently answered my questions and found out answers for me immediately if he didn’t know. At one point he met me with a car in below zero degree temperature just to allow me to sit in the very back seat (I’d forgot to check out the 3rd row) , so I didn’t have to get my grandson out.
