Food is pretty good. We came in at 8p not knowing they closed at 9p, service was ok..the servers were probably just ready to go home.

Came here on a Friday night and was pleased it wasn’t too busy. Simple menu with some great choices. Went with the tacos and did not regret it! Larry was a phenomenal bartender serving up some delicious house cocktails. Define would recommend

I would say that the atmosphere and staff are great, but I also have to say I was disappointed with the food, especially for the price. My wife and I both had steak with asparagus side and we commented that while the steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature (medium rare), the cut wasn't that good. Pretty hard gristle on both and a little on the tough side. The asparagus was nice and crisp but not very well seasoned. We had been to a nearby Texas steak place 2 weeks earlier and we both agreed the food there was better though we could do without the loud music and line dancing in the aisles. Hereford was pleasant but we probably will not be going back.

First time going there, probably last time. For the price, we expected a certain level of quality in the food. Didn't even come close. Steak was undercooked, ordered medium came out closer to rare. Salmon was lacking flavor. Vegetables and potatoes cooled down very quickly, plates food was served on were cool to the touch, warm plates would have helped keep food warmer. Only reason for 2 stars was our server, she was excellent and very attentive.
