Horrible, I recently went in for a ear pain and throat issue. The Doctor on during changed me a new patient visit $135 and strep check $35. To find out since it was not strep she would not provide any time of antibiotics. I have not been able to eat anything since yesterday, but suggest take Tylenol. I'm curious of why would i seek medical attention to be charged an extreme amount for nothing to relieve the pain. Then she suggested to go to the ER after paying for services just plain rude!!!!! I say don't go to these minute clinic just to be charged and still nothing resolved.

Thank you to Bethany who was super efficient in giving me all the shots I needed today! She was so kind to me while I was panicking about the needles (which she gave without it hurting at all) and I have left the clinic feeling so relieved!

Deciding on medical care is important. Don't choose a closet in a pharmacy, set up as a side business. Established providers will have also have more accurate billing processes and onsite billing staff to help you understand your bill (instead of a contracted phone bank with long waits).

I have been two times, the first for a rash (turned out eczema) they couldnt treat it.. second time it was for an ear infection.. I called before I went and asked if they could prescribe medicine for a ear infection, in which I was informed they could. Waited over a hour and they said to go to a hospital. It was swimmers ear! Dr. Office visit the next day proved that. On what they can treat section needs to be updated. I will not be going back.
