Living there was a nightmare. My window broke in February (because it was installed incorrectly) and crushed my hand a month after my first report of it being broken. After 6 months and more formal complaints about my window being broken and causing me physical harm, I moved out and it was still broken. **Update** Management is hosting a Pizza party to bribe residents for positive Google reviews. I would be skeptical about any review dated 9/21/18 or later. Also, when asked about the numerous exterior safety lights that are out, office staff told me residents have to tell them when we notice lights out, they don't proactively do anything to ensure the residents have a safe place. I've lived here 1 1/2 years and while the apartment is huge and location is perfect, the complex is terrible. Yes it's an old apartment, but management/ownership has done nothing to keep up/improve the grounds. There are holes in the concrete, poor lighting in the parking lot, shingles coming off the roofs, Car ports in disrepair, exposed exterior electrical boxes, and neglected grounds (trees down, mud, sticks, etc). In summary, great square footage in the unit but very old apartments with management/ownership that has no interest in any improvements.

Myself and my roommates moved in a few months ago and we have all been extremely happy with our home so far. I do think communication via management and residents could be improved, but there’s a global pandemic - everyone deserves a little grace in how quickly they can respond. Maintenance is efficient and kind, and typically very responsive. The apartments are older, but have been modestly updated to provide a comfortable space. Within our home, noise does not travel through the walls (which is amazing) but the floors/ ceilings are thin and you will hear your neighbors. The grounds are well kept, the dog park is clean, the utility cost is low - especially considering the age and size of these homes. We feel safe, we love the location, the neighbors have all been wonderful, and we’re hopeful for another great year or two here.
