My daughter received her booster vaccine at this CVS location. The pharmacist, Chris Nuygen, administered the shot. He was fantastic & made ALL the difference in how my daughter felt about getting a shot. While initially nervous, my daughter quickly relaxed as Chris made small talk. She barely noticed the injection! Afterwards Chris offered her a reward in Pokémon cards. Thank you for going above and beyond!

If I could rate the location at 6300 Johnson drive lower I would. The company offers coupons that are seldom accepted at this location. If you want to use any of the mile long receipt coupons go to any other CVS location. It doesn't matter if the coupon says ANY of a particular product. If it's not the one they make the most money on, they will tell you it doesn't count on that product. I go to another location and have no problems. Maybe it's just the management? I'm not sure, but I am not coming back to this location. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else.

I had a Rx sent by my doc to the pharmacy around 2pm. After calling around 5pm to check on the status, they said that their computer system was down. They said to call back tomorrow. The CVS across the street said they would not be able to fill it unless the other (problem child) CVS canceled the request to fill. They also said that only the James Webb telescope would be able to find my script in the cosmos.

Your website advertises and allows for people eligible for vaccinations at your 6300 Johnson Drive in Mission, Kansas location. Your pharmacists state they are not allowed to vaccinate health care workers. I test COVID-19 patients M-F and have for 17 months and scheduled my appointment and was denied my vaccine. I would also like to add that the male pharmacist at this store should find a new job. He is absolutely miserable with customer service. I stopped using this pharmacy because of him and will never go back. Having another interaction with him reaffirms he should have better training to work with people or find a job where he does not have to speak to or interact with the public. Both he and you need to provide better customer service. I asked this pharmacist to call corp and let them know and he annoyingly stated, “corporate doesn’t care” and scoffed. Do better, CVS.
