I recently went into Public Storage on Foxridge in Mission ks and had a delightfull young lady named Megan who assisted me in answering several questions I had on space and pricing of the units , this being after I left a different storage rental facility (won't name names)but I had a not so good interaction with this other company they acted like I was bothering them , well Miss Megan at public storage turned my whole day around and was a joy to meet !

STAY AWAY!!! I was a customer for YEARS. Last year, I asked them to lower my rate. I was paying $200/month while suffering through covid. They kept saying I had to pay on the first, every month, or they couldn't even negotiate with me. It didn't matter if I paid every month on the fifth or the seventh. If they didn't have it on the first, they wouldn't talk. The manager was unhelpful and unforgiving. I called them last week to tell them I was clearing out my unit and they still want me to pay $200/month though I cleared out in 5 days. Loyalty meant NOTHING here. I will NEVER rent from this company again. I gave two stars for the woman at the front desk. Kate, I think. She's wonderful.

Stacy was extremely helpful in getting me into a storage unit quickly. Make sure to call ahead as they're in high demand and you don't want to lose your spot. I've been using them for 3 months now and my unit has been safe, no water damage (despite lots of rain), and the property is immaculate. I will definitely recommend this storage place to others. Stacy has a very friendly attitude and it quickly felt like I was an important member of her community. Keep up the good work y'all!
