Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Waited nearly two hours to have someone talk to me.. understand the over staffing but what gets me is theemployees having personal conversations while customers are waiting. I’ve been using valvoline for years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. They didn’t even check anything (they normally check tire pressure windshield cleaner and give you a run down of what your car could possibly need) they just did the oil change. I won’t be back to this location customers where falling asleep in line it took so long. Also employees where vaping in the bay which I’m almost positive isn’t aloud

Interaction with employees was good. On the drive home smelled burning oil. Checked engine bay and found oil had spilled all over the valve cover and had ran down the back of the grill. I understand that little spills happen, but this was more than a small spill. Employees didn’t say anything about it and it didn’t look like they tried to clean it up. Not a big deal, just disappointed with the carelessness. Also was charged an extra oil fee. Asked manager what it was for, said it was because my vehicle took more oil than they covered? Have been to other Valvoline locations with that vehicle and never experienced that before. Overall, wouldn’t recommend.

Damyon explained several things that, if I wanted, I could do to improve the lifetime of my car and its parts. He offered several options for the oil change, gave me good advice about my car battery, and explained it all super well without making me feel patronised! I trust the work they did on my car, and I feel that the work and price were fair and honest! I appreciate their integrity and transparency, and I will be coming back in the future. I’ve been coming here for 2 years since I’ve moved and I’ve been bringing my Chrysler, and I’ve never had issue I was very hesitant on bringing my audi since it’s foreign and I’ve always taken it to the audi dealership but I thought I would bring it here and see if they could do my oil change and they assured me they could. The employees here are amazing and their service is super good! They answered all my doubts and questions and made me feel comfortable and that they knew what they were doing! I love how nice and sweet they are, specially when I feel like I’m asking questions I should know answers to already!
