I called upset. I was no angel on the phone. I never raised my voice though. I told the owner what it looked like to a customer when someone with an allergy has to assemble their own sandwich. No apology. Just defensive. I was laughed at. I was belittled and I snapped back for it. My reward was to be yelled over. All I wanted was the money back on a single meal. Don’t bother coming her the manager will laugh at you for being upset!
