It was too cold for my family & I to want to go again for dining inside. The food was good and made quickly. I think the employee at the counter was annoyed that I started my order with the cucumber side salad I wanted to try, which I wanted to pair with the veggie soup they didn't have that day.

I was very disenchanted. I ordered using the app. Apparently you cannot go through the drive thru with app purchase and parking is highly suboptimal. Order wasn't ready, then I received hoodwinked instead of cold and my toasted bagels with black and crispy. Plenty of staff present but they seemed overwhelmed and chaotic.

Waited 30 minutes for a catering order today. I showed the manager that it was due at 11:20 but he had noon for some reason and was in no hurry to have it done. We won't be doing any more orders from this store and recommend that nobody else does either if you're expecting it for lunch.
