Brandy was great and very helpful. We had a major issue with our motor to where it had to be replaced under warranty. They got us a rental car told us we were covered. Communication was great! However We also did have other services performed to the vehicle that we paid for while it was there. The only reason it is not 5 star is because of some small details that were missed in my opinion. Here is the list: Service message was not reset. Clock was not set to correct time Air in the tires were not checked Vehicle had not been washed (granted it was raining) but I could see visible signs of dirt and oil on the vehicle. The cover over the engine was not cleaned so now I smell oil. I know it will burn off but when you have a traumatic issue like an engine blowing up because of oil and to smell oil while driving was a little concerning. Again it’s the small details, if I’m spending money I would hope that those details would be taken care of. Their customer service is great!

Scott was very professional. He treated us with respect and kept us informed of the status of our order along the way We special ordered a vehicle since the inventory of vehicles is so low due to the computer chip and supply chain issues). Stacey in the finance office was extremely thorough and explained all warranty options to us. We highly recommend Shawnee Mission Kia over the other 2 Kia dealerships we attempted to work with in the KC area. (One of them never returned any of my calls over a 2 week period, the other just didn't seem to want to sell us the vehicle on their lot for a fair price; sited a market adjustment of +$5,000. I feel like they didn't want to sell it for fear they wouldn't have a vehicle to let people see and test drive.)

Josh was amazing! Very friendly, very helpful. He made the process of buying my car super easy. The only problem I encountered was the finance lady, Stacy, being super pushy about getting extra warranty. After saying no multiple times she seemed as if she were mad I didn’t get it.

Hi Gina Depending on severity of use oil change intervals typically can go 5000-7500 miles. The best bet would be to consult the maintenance schedule in the owners manual.
