I have belonged to PBT for 5 yrs(although I took a 1.5yr hiatus due to unrelated health issues). The staff is always friendly,and the salons clean. I currently visit the Glen Allen location and could not be more satisfied. Although I try not to be last minute, there have been times I have arrived within half hour of closing. I have never been rushed or made to feel as if my visit was an inconvenience. I am a thoroughly delighted customer!

This particular location has a wonderdful asset on their team and her name is Hallie. Hallie's interpersonal skills are fabulous which makes it very easy to converse with her. She was more than informative regarding a variety of the lotions on display and made recommendations based on my particular likes and dislikes. Hallie's customer service was a refreshing experience overall. The manager Danielle also rocks!!! Thank you ladies!!!! Keep up the great service!!!

I came in today to get some information on the tanning salon. I was greeted by Lauren she was extremely helpful and informative! She didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive packages or lotions. I'm glad she helped me, she was wonderful!
