My son & his family live here. They had some issues with their apartment being flooded from the neighbors on the 3rd floor, they are on the first floor. They had to stay on top of management to get their apartment fixed but it's fixed now.

I had an amazing experience. Mia was super sweet and helpful. She followed up and made sure I didn't miss anything. the apartment was very clean and ready to go when I arrived. The complex has a very nice pool, plenty of greenery and is well kept. It feels very safe.

From the time I’ve been living within this apartment complex, my experience has not been the best. The people that work here clearly do not care about their job, some might even take their job too seriously. Its very difficult to try to understand how people that currently work here got a job where social skills are needed, but yet they lack thereof. Clearly they don’t care about residents, but are just there because of their occupation.

Great apartments, safe area, very comfortable, great staff from office to maintenance. I highly recommend Legends at Virginia…especially if you have a family, this is the environment I feel safe having my family in! By the way, the process was seemingness, Mia is exceptional: replied to every email, was very helpful, courteous and welcoming.
