Ordered food at 6:14 and got an estimated time of delivery between 7-7:15pm…..at 8:10pm food was still not delivered even after I called at 7:22pm and was told he was “on the way”….not the first time but definitely the last time I ever order from Rapid. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait 2 hours for food when I live less than 5 miles from there restaurant.

Have ordered from these guys two time in the last 2 months...neighborhoods recommended them. Both times they haven't started preparing food when I get there and I have to wait while they fix it. Taste is average. Plenty of pizza places in Glen Allen and Lakeside that know how to run a business...these folks are clueless.

Ordered through Slice. Order was delivered earlier than expected which was great. Pizza was delicious. Ordered 3 different pizzas. Plain cheese was really good. Husband loved the meat and veggies and the one with spinach chicken and tomato was absolutely fabulous. Definitely would recommend
