You close your store hours before you close, you guys and you guys close early at 6 and 7:00pm, your business has business hours and not staying open during your business hours is a huge problem for customers and people spending money with you guys. Only complaint though other then that I get good service

This is not the first time your female employee has caught an attitude. I have been into this store on multiple accounts, usually all then gentlemen are helpful. But your female brown haired employee is going to be the reason you lose every last customer. I have watched her many times turn snooty to her “customers” when they don’t react the way she wants. She thinks she knows absolutely everything and when someone has information she doesn’t, she snaps. I have watched SO MANY customers walk away from your store because of her attitude and cattiness. I have also seen her REFUSE to help people and pass them off on someone else. At times I have walked in and for no reason she has an attitude with me, rolling her eyes, amongst other disrespectful behavior. If you want to keep your customers happy and you actually want loyal customers, I’d recommend removing her as your employee. This should be the last time I watch her disrespect customers who thoroughly enjoy this store, but she makes going in ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE.

Went into there store yesterday because it was recommended by people I have asked in this area. I'm new to the area and let me tell you. This shop is for NOVICE smokers only. I'm from a legal weed state and I know what I'm talking about but yet the young lady there treated me as if I knew nothing about what I was saying. She told me delta 8 was all synthetic and when I asked about the disposable vs the carts that they had I got a snarky remark when I asked if the disposable had a charger. "No that's why they call it a disposal. You would need to get a cartridge and an actual battery for that." Now I was confused on how this little tiny juul sized device was going to last for a full gram of oil so I bought one. Sure enough it had a charger. The employees there were very rude and don't know very much about the products.

Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around, especially Linda, she really knows her stuff and will never steer you wrong! Don’t catch yourself buying knock offs from other carriers in town. Kulture is the only shop in town with premium glass worth buying! Highly recommend!
