My husband and I drove over an hour to come buy a rifle here. We waited for over 30 min after pressing the “call associate button” twice. I had picked out headbands that I was going to purchase and had set them down on the counter while waiting and when an employee finally showed up he took my headbands without even asking if we needed help or if they were ours and walked away with them. I’ve worked for this company before, so I know how you’re supposed to treat customers and that’s not it. You’re better off going to Cookeville or Algood Walmart with service like that.

Our local Walmart is a good store. It usually has exactly what I'm looking for. The deli is one of my favs, the General Tso's chicken from the deli is delicious. The last time I went, I had to use the pay bill option at the customer service desk, and I had never used it before. My cashier talked me through it and made it way easier than I thought it was going to be.

Checking out with Scan & Pay should have at least one dedicated register to scan QRC, expediting the process. Where's the incitive, if one still must wait in block-long self check out line.
