Really shameful that you call about hours because you try to go there to eat and the doors are locked but online it says that they don't close till 10. I've eaten here late before and this manager decides to tell me that the lobby always closes at 9 (which it hasn't) but the drive thru closes at 9:40 and yet the internet says 10. Inconsistency much? I wouldn't even bother eating here because I'm sure the potions are going to be patheticly small and this management will claim otherwise.

My wife had tea spilled all over her, car and seat in the drive threw. No apology, refused to give her more napkins. Last time I ate there food was awful threw it in trash. So I will be cleaning a car when she gets home! I will send kfc the bill.

Had to get extra crispy because they did not have regular. They did not have tea or any fountain drinks because they were under a boil advisory. Did not get the right order. I could have swore it was a Monday but it wasn't. Just had to laugh it off.

It was 8pm. The drive thru was only serving what food they had made. Said they were short staffed and had no intentions on cooking more food. They were just going to close the door, for the night.
