When it’s good it’s really good, but when it’s bad..I think you get it. I just don’t understand why some workers think it’s quite alright to be hateful. Is it wrong to ask for fresh food as long as you call ahead? I don’t understand the owners state of mind and their goal of losing customers…

I’ll admit they were busy so I did an online order to pick up while I waited in the parking lot, I kept noticing people who got there after me kept getting their food. I went in and asked and they said they would start mine after two more orders. Said it would be even longer for the tenders So I just switch the bone and chicken. Overall I was not very happy with the weight just fight the website thing it would be ready by a certain time

Food service could be better. Parking lot is trash, large pothole when entering the lot.

Tried the fried fish for the first time...pleasantly surprised! We don't have this chain in NC so it was nice to try something new. Chicken is much better than similar famous chain. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating!
