Water coffee and old, prefrozen muffins. I haven't been here in awhile but their business had down graded really bad. The coffee was horrible like water and didn't taste like Dunkin coffee. Then the muffins were hard, old and frozen. Will never go back. Horrible food.

I went in to order 4 wake up wraps. 3 sausage and 1 bacon. The person taking the order asked me multiple times what my order was to which I re-explained. This happened at least 5 times. No problem because she repeated my order back to me by the end of it and it was correct. Until I get home with everything and half the order wasn’t there.

I ordered 2 ham egg and cheddar cheese and I only got one! And that one sandwich had American cheese! I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and It didn’t come! I would like my refund. It’s not fair because it’s my money!
