We got delivery but i have never eaten more stale bagels in my life. The cheese that you buy from there is overpriced for what it is. Bagels were really bad tasting. There was just no taste to the bagels. It usually takes 3 days for bagels to get hard but these were hard by tomorrow morning. Maybe they were just old bagels that they sent.

I have been going to this bagel store for years and have told everyone i know this was a better store then the other places in town unfortunately not anymore. This will be the 3rd time my sandwich is not cooked fully the cheese isnt melted and 2 slices of TH are way over cooked and the others are undercooked (ordered a THC)it had clearly been just sitting around and thankfully my other sandwich was hot. When i told the person in charge that this has happened several time she just said yea they should’ve put them under the heat lamp no offer of a new sandwich or money back will definitely be checking out the other places in town from now on

Really have to prioritize in store customers just waited fifteen minutes in an empty store for two bagels while I watched them fulfill fifteen orders for people not there. Been happening every time I come now used to come here all the time.

Yes, my story is the same as most of the other reviews. Terrible service- sign of the times? Only customer in the store - girl behind the counter tells me that I have to wait - she was sending a tweet. Asked for a whole wheat everything bagel. She gives me a regular whole wheat bagel. I bring it back, she hands me an everything bagel. Then I point out the correct bagel behind the counter. Third time is the charm. Glad I didn’t ask for butter or cream cheese, she would have had to call for back-up.
