My experience with multiple doctors and staff at Sharon Family has been amazing. My primary care physician offers solid medical advice and counsel while providing service - something I have rarely experienced with other doctors. He genuinely seems to care about my well being - I'm not just another billable visit. Additionally, my son's physician was incredibly helpful in attempting to diagnose his illness when it was particularly difficult to diagnose. She took time to explain her thought process and strategy. I really can't say enough good about them. Highly recommend.

It has gotten increasingly hard to get a timely appointment. The doctors and nurses are great but its an administrative disaster. The UH system is difficult for everyone. I just decided to switch entirely after the last encounter. They only had one available date for flu shots. Even though I am not available on that day, they wouldn't let me schedule a nurse appointment or just a regular appointment with his doctor to get him his flu shot.

Everyone is very helpful here. And also find Dr. Todd Zeiger very attentive to not only my needs, but also my father-in-law's needs and issues. He is willing to talk it out and offer alternative suggestions about whatever is going on.

After 2 visits and an expensive heart monitor (which I insisted I did not need and indeed came up as normal), she still hadn't addressed the 2 issues I had gone in for (for which I'd already been diagnosed by my previous doctor). Instead she wanted more appointments, more tests, more evaluation, etc., etc. Ultimately, the experience (and bills) left me exhausted, depressed, and still in chronic pain. I'm really done with UH doctors
