I always get my hair braided here by the owner and have been for over 10 years. They are amazing. I get goddess braids only and decided to try something new and was pleased!

They are slow as hell and unprofessional. You make an appointment and still wait over an hr. I made an 8 o'clock appointment and no one started my hair until 915. Mind you I got there at 755. It was 1 other lady there and 3 workers. 1 lady got made when I asked at about 830 who was going to start on my hair. I didn't leave until about 330 almost 4. If you don't have time to waste your entire day there then I advise you go somewhere else!!!!

They were very nice and polite but business is business. I got two braids in my hair on 8/25/2017. They were uneven. I told her that I wanted it lower to the side not high up on my head . She braided it too big. She took it down and it was perfect. When she got to the other side I told her they were uneven she said they were. She took down for me and redid it. She then rebraided again and it was still uneven but for sale of time I just let it be. Today, 8/26/2017, my braids are unraveling and as tight as I tied it last night, they look like they're a week old. I don't want them to even redo them.
