Followed around like I'm some kind of thief (I'm an AA male) for the majority of the time I was in the store. It's nothing I'm not used to :eyeroll: so I eventually ended up purchasing a "Jimenez JA9" pistol. (which is such a poorly made firearm I could write a separate review on it!) The woman who was helping me check out at the register seemed like she was trying to hide some attitude she had with me. She was doing a poor job of it, frankly. It was a little frustrating because I had tried my best to be courteous and polite as I always do during when I interact with anybody, so I've no clue why my presence seemed to disturb her. They then made me wait for the better part of an hour while they ran my NCIS data through the phone after I finished filling out my paperwork. Rather strange to me that I saw people, black and white, come in after me and leave much faster than the hour I had to wait. Mind you I have never even received a warning for a traffic violation. Eventually the cashier from earlier waved me over and unceremoniously handed me a box and a couple of pieces of paper about gun safety and some other things. It was my first purchase so I was hoping to ask her some things but she rolled her eyes slightly and said everything I could need to know would be in the manual. (Shocker, it wasn't, I had to go on the manufacturers website). I don't know if they just really dislike my name or the color of shirt I had on that day or something but it's a very discouraging feeling to feel like a nuisance for trying to give you my business. I certainly hope my absence from your location will help you feel better about whatever issue you seem to have with me.

this used to be my favorite pawn shop they had all kinds of cool stuff and some pretty affordable things but the last few times ive gone in there the staff seemingly purposefully ignore me and are just very rude and unhelpful the last and worst instance, id had a number slip to wait to be called and after waiting for a seemingly long time, they never called my slip. one of the the workers, i think it was an older white man with gray hair and maybe a mustache or some kind of facial hair approached me really aggressively. he seemed to be irate at me and was asking something like "why are you just standing around in my store?". I explained that i got a number slip a bit ago and i thought I may have been skipped. he actually snatched the slip of paper out of my hand and walked to the front desk. i asummed i was okay to start browsing their selection so i began looking through the glass displays. after i think a few moments of browsing, a middle aged white woman with blonde hair approaches me and tells me i need to leave. i believe she said she was the store owner or manager. I'm naturally confused and ask if im causing any issues. she says that i'm creating a nuisance and bothering her employees and customers and points towards the exit. i just looked at her for a few moments just really confused and slightly upset and before i can even speak she points to the exit again and says i can either walk out or be carried out in handcuffs. she escorts me outside and tells me she'' call clayton county on me if she sees me in her store again. i truly just don't understand why i was treated like this. i'd bought about 3 firearms for myself from here, and took 2 members of my family to buy their own firearms from this place because I thought it was a good business run by decent people. I even recognized a few of the employees I see working there often. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Well, arrowhead management, I can't in good faith support or even recommend your business anymore, which is a shame because you used to be my go to pawn and gun shop. You should feel ashamed for how you made me feel that day, I felt like I was nothing but nice and courteous to you, and you responded with unnecessary contempt.

Called to ask about a firearm and was told they couldn't give a price over the phone but will work on a price if I came in. Drove over a hour to see over priced guns and they are not willing to work on any prices even used guns.. thanks for the wasted hour plus...
