A manager there Susanna grapevine was rude and you could see head lice crawling in her hair I ask if someone else could make my food and that didn’t happen the worst place to go get food!

Came to Rallys on the way through Campbellsville and ordered at the drive through. One older couple inside, no cars in front or behind us. The cashier at the window asked us to pull up after paying, and I refused due to no one else in front, behind, or even in the restaurant. I requested a refund and by the time they were done explaining the need to keep their time under 2 minutes we could have already had the food and been gone. As it was I insisted on and waited for my refund on the principal of it. An empty fast food restaurant should never ask you to pull up as then they have no incentive to get your food quickly. I won't be back to this location.
