Went to a couple dealerships looking for a used car that was only a couple of years old. They all were your typical used car sales person. Always running a scheme, ignoring what you say and trying to talk you into something you don't want, can't look you in the eyes when talking to you, etc. Went to Carter Acura and worked with Marco Hernandez. Great experience! Very straight forward and he wasn't trying to upsell or talk me into anything. Pretty much "This is what we have. The price listed is what it is. Let me know if I can answer any questions." The Carter group seems to have a pretty good reputation also. I would go back there again. Thank you Marco!

I have been connecting with Sandy in the service department at Carter Acura. Her customer service is excellent! She comforts you, talks to you with respect, & overall you can tell she loves her job. I’ve never had a better experience when getting my car checked out! She stayed in contact with me, checked in updating me with information multiple times & was willing to be flexible with me so I could pick up my car at a specific time due to living so far away. She also handled my warranty with grace when most companies are not the nicest about third party warranties. I’m generally not a huge fan of dealerships, but thanks to sandy I’ll be willing to make the drive for any future needs for my car! She represents the business above-par!

Finding a car in this market is really tough. I’ve been looking around for a specific 2022 Acura RDX color combo (Apex Blue/Orchid). All the dealerships around me (Portland area), were marking them up insane amounts ($2.5K - $7k). One of the dealerships, Ron Tonkin Acura, even lied to me and told me they were the ONLY dealership in WA and OR to be receiving that color combo. I found one on the Acura website in transit to Carter Acura. I reached out and spoke with Dave Moreno. He informed me it was already reserved but would keep me up to date if that changed. Lucky for me it did and he called me to let me know. I inquired about the markup and he told me they were at MSRP. I was shocked, I figured they’d lowball my trade-in to counter, but his offer was more than fair. I drove the 2.5 hours north and Dave was waiting for me. The process was absolutely flawless. They worked with me to find the best financing rate and I was in and out in roughly an hour. There’s a reason that this dealership has such high ratings. In a market where other dealerships are making up stories, overcharging and just being scummy; it’s good to know there are dealerships like Carter Acura and salesmen like Dave who are honest and transparent.

Very professional, humble and quick service. They have a lounge area with free coffee and snacks. Currently no snacks due to covid but an overall good service location with good auto care. They also have charging stations but you have to get your USB cables. They do have free wifi. Overall good experience.

Before your said fixed my car. I am already paid your charges. Pickup the my car and then driving just 200ft but same problem engine light on and engine noise very bad.your not fixed my car. Your liars I feel so bad now....😿 Are your kidding me.?

The rear window washer uses the same fluid reservoir as the windshield washer.

Hello, We purchased a used 2015 Acura MDX from another seller. It is on about 45K for miles. Can you let us know the recommended service intervals? Also, do we need to set up an account with you for service or just set an appointment?

You don't need to setup an account, but in order to check and see what maintenance has been done on the vehicle already we would need to see it in person.
