This rating is for the maintenance and snow plowing company. Thank you. This winter the snow has been a lot. These guys have worked really heard. They have helped people dig out cars, keep sidewalks cleared and cleared snow so people can back up. Parking in snow is hard but could definitely be worse.

We require applicants to make 2.5 times the rent amount in income. We encourage everyone to apply despite credit history. When an applicant has low credit scores or high balances, we can approve them with a guarantor or an additional, yet fully refundable deposit. We have a Deposit IQ program that is an affordable solution to an additional deposit.
Acceptable proof of income includes one month worth of pay stubs or an offer of employment letter.
