My husband had some work done on his truck here. They added on an oil change without prior authorization. He had just changed the oil 5 weeks before. It did not need an oil change. When he called and talked to Al he made no apology or offer to right the wrong. He said that it was standard practice to add on service without prior authorization and he admitted he's been doing this for years. His excuse for this underhanded business practice "Everyone in the valley is doing it." Consumer beware!
