Really slow. Do not call back. Doors locked on days should be open. In long meetings all the time….really frustrating place to deal with.

We cannot get them to answer their phones or respond to our emails. My family is trying to get our business running, we have been trying to contact them for months to obtain food permits and they refuse to respond. The few times we were able to get any form of contact they were dismissive and belittling. Now we are facing not having our business running in time to stay afloat.
