Stopped in for dinner, but had to use the restroom before I ordered my food. Restroom was so bad, I decided to cook at home!!! I will never return to this location.

The sandwich was Luke warm the fries were just warm, the drink was cold and the attitude was extremely cold. If I needed to stay cool for this hot summer and that worked it would've been nice. Finally open inside after being closed for dine in and I felt like I should have just gotten the food poisoning next door at McDonald's. This place has gone way down. It's sad because the first time I ate here it was absolutely delicious about half a year ago. Manager seems like she's a jail guard with her attitude. There was only one Hispanic lady who had more respect for the customers than anyone else on the front line.

We will no longer go to the Buford KFC. For $25 we received 4 wings and 5 legs with our 2 sides. Very greasy I might add. You lost not only us but all business from your neighbors. I will miss the way it used to be. I'm very saddened by this😥

Does this look like 2 breast? I ordered 2 breast and fries, plus a 3-piece all white combo with 2 breast and 1 wing. I get home and only had 2 breast and 2 wings. Half my food was left off. Tried to call and no one will answer the phone. I normally check before I leave. Not to mention waiting 20 minutes to get the food. So frustrating.
