I've only lived at Waterstone for about a month now, but I couldn't be more grateful for the staff who has helped my girlfriend and I call this a home. The front office has been really attentive to our needs when it came to moving in, even allowing us push the move-in date to better fit our schedules, and maintenance has been timely and friendly the one issue we had. I've mainly been using the pool with friends, but we've made use of the clubhouse as well to play a few rounds of 8-ball and on the arcade machine (which by the way, if you plan to get rid of it for whatever reason, put my name on the list for someone who'll buy it from ya haha!) The complex is relatively quiet too; I've never heard anything from other apartments near us, and the surrounding area is very peaceful. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for an apartment in the area.

I've been at Waterstone a little over a month now and my experience has been great. I've lived here previously for over a year and never had a single complaint. The staff is absolutely amazing. The property is very well kept and safe. Plenty of lighting in the hallways and parking lots at night. Nice maintenance staff as well. I've always had any maintenance request taken care of within a reasonable time frame. I'd highly recommend this property.

D’Angelo is the best maintenance employee that Waterstone apartments has ever had hands down! He never fails to communicate promptly no matter what time of day you need help or what the issue may be. Kind, courteous and helpful! I appreciate everything he does and kudos to Waterstone for hiring high quality talent!

I've been here for a 1yr and a half almost and idk if I can even begin to express how much I loved it here, I've lived in just about every apart in buford and these are by far the nicest,quietest,cleanest, and SAFEST community. Staff was always helpful and friendly never really noticed the gate being broken but maybe once which I mean it happens not their fault If I didn't buy a house this is where I'd live until I did, If you're in the market for new place to rent please atleast stop by you won't be disappointed
