Communication & Thouroughness leaves a bit to be desired. Dropped off a Toshiba Satellite with bad drive. They saved data, but not in original format and replaced drive. But after taking almost a month, returned the laptop with no drivers loaded for Touchpad, and a faulty keyboard -- both of which I had to fix myself.

They helped me fix a broken hinge and replace the lid for my HP laptop. Very professional and fair price. Answered all questions patiently. I will definately recommend them for your computer repair jobs.

I had my computer repaired here on December 2, 2021 by Matt (no longer there apparently, he is at home dealing with a family emergency). I called them when I found that one of the two disc drives they had installed were no longer recognized by my computer and there was a clicking sound when my computer was running. It was eerily similar to the sound it was making when I originally had the problem. The tech who answered said it was likely an issue with Windows 11 changing a BIOS setting and making my 2nd disc drive undiscoverable by the computer. So, I took it in for him to complete the analysis and fix it. However, once I took it in, I found the environment at the store totally different than December. I mentioned that they had fixed it in December. The tech acted like he had never talked to me and said they have no records from when Matt was here, he took everything. Does that sound like a family emergency to you? He said he would look at it and call me that day. Well, I didn't get a call from them until the next day, and was told by the receptionist that Matt's replacement, the tech I had spoken to, said I couldn't have had two hard installed because my laptop does not allow for that. I said I had a receipt that showed I had been charged for two. I texted the receipt to them because remember when Matt went home for his family emergency he took all the billing software and company records with him (strange huh!!)? Well, then the receptionist calls back and said the tech saw the receipt and says I was undercharged!! Say what?? I was undercharged for a hard drive my laptop cannot have?? Which is it? I smell a rat! I decided to go and pick up my computer because I am not sure what kind of scam these guys are running. Something is just not right there. I sense the tech is in way over his head. When I was there, he was pacing back and forth and had this very anxious look on his face, the kind of look on a math test when you don't know the answer. I regret dropping it off to them in the first place. Anyway, it gets worse. The receptionist gave me my computer and I shared my feedback that they do not look like a going concern and they are not acting in an ethical manner - first telling me computer cannot have two drives and then that I was undercharged. Her face went from peaches and cream smiles to a snarl. She said to leave or she would call the police. Really? Enough said. Decide for yourself if you want to deal with unethical, incompetence. I strongly suggest you contact another company that stands behind their work and does not threaten its customers. I do not expect them to last long in their current state.

yes they buy outdated products
Yes we do. We currently charge a flat fee of 125.00 to assemble and load the operating system. The cost of the machine itself would depend on what parts you would like. Thanks.
No we do not. We only repair computers, tablets and cell phones.
I am currently out of stock
We are open.
As I recall, around $100
Usually we can fix it. Bring it in and we can see what needs to be done.
