Since I didn’t put a maintenance request in when we first moved in, and put it in 3 months later they won’t do anything about this stained bathtub. I’ve tried everything. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for multiple years. Great, top knotch maintenance staff that listens to residents’ complaints and needs. This apartment community overall is friendly and enjoyable to live in.

I cant be the only person who has felt screwed by this place in the move out process? Was given a "Early Term Fee" of 6 days because I handed in the keys 5 days before the date my lease literally expires. After the already had me pay in certified funds for an agreed amount of days for this month? Allison upfront is SUPER rude the minute you sign your name and are given your keys. I personally was screwed out of $216 so hopefully this review helps someone else.

I've been in this complex for four years. My husband, my roommate and I moved in October of 2018, at a fair price for 3 people to split. Rents increased by almost 100$ each year so we currently pay 1550 for a 2 bed room. That's probably the case anywhere ya go, but regardless we will be leaving this year, we can't afford another 100$ added to that bill while paying a few utilities separately. You hear you're neighbors. Walls and floors are very thin so keep your arguments to the minimum or your neighbor will call the cops. DOGS everywhere! Which isn't an issue to me at all except when people just let them bark at others, just bark in general at all hours and with no stopping. It's kinda ridiculous. The parking is awful. They have "reserved parking" which is an extra 50$ added to your rent so you can actually park by your home. We didn't invest in this, and looking back I wish I had day one. We work in the restaurant industry and would get home late and some days would park basically at the office and we live in building 3000 in the very back. Can't even tell ya how many times I've made that walk in 4 years. Especially in the winter. Your window cile will condensate all day, every day. Beware, black mold will form if not taken care of. It's super inconvenient. Who the heck has the time to worry about that, get some better windows..not a ton of complaints but these are the few I would want to be warned about before investing. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
