Room was nice enough, but the door did not close correctly. Was made to feel very unwelcome by the woman at the front desk last night. Had been waiting to purchase snacks (the lobby was empty, no staff) and so the front desk woman finally came back from whatever she was doing and asked me if she could charge the snacks to my room. I said I wasn’t completely sure what the room number was, I thought it was 102 but I had the keycard and could give her my boyfriends name. She immediately got visibly irritated and then proceeded to ask once again if I was a guest there. I left that interaction feeling as though I must’ve looked like I couldn’t afford a room there, based on her attitude.

It was very clean room was nice beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Love that its dog friendly. We were there for my sons basketball tournament and they didn't have laundry facility but Amber the manager was a sweetheart and offered to wash my sons uniform for his next game. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is good quality and clean. Tvs show good picture quality. Beds comfy, showers hot. Plenty of places to eat right nearby. Staff was AWESOME. I got to witness the clerk deal with a bridezilla right before my eyes and let me tell you as someone who's worked customer service, this clerk handled the situation perfectly. Being an observer the hotel did nothing wrong, nor did bridezilla, but a misunderstanding of ToS was involved. Nbd, until bridezilla went off. As I waited for my document to finish printing I couldn't help but notate the professionalism extruded in the exchange.

First off, let me say that my stay was excellent. Not only was the location what and where I needed the facility was everything you would expect at Hampton Inn with no surprises or issues. The general management of the location reflects care and concern with guest expectations.
