I really enjoyed this hotel. The building and grounds are immaculate and it's located within walking distance of a large selection of shops and restaurants. The rooms are also tastefully designed and up-scale. They are well maintained and the linens were quality as well. The beds are very nice but a little soft for my liking, but I prefer beds harder than most. The staff were also very friendly and they provide a complimentary breakfast which was good as well. Definitely recommend.

Staff is so mismanaged. Maria was extremely rude and Valentina was just as bad. They were no help and so far since I’ve stayed there they have charged my card three times. I will never set foot back in that hotel.

My family and I had a great experience with this hotel. We have been to other Marriott hotels and this is on top of our list. What we like about this hotel: 1. Staff (from housekeeping to front desk) was all courteous, kind, helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to check-out later than other hotels we had stayed on. 2. The room we stayed in was always cleaned and smell good. 3. Facilities were great as well. Internet is useful and they even have an option for faster connection if we need one, for a fee of course. Towels and bed sheets have no stains and free of odour especially smell of smoke. 4. Location was great. 10 mins to Walmart and 15 mins to Sam's Club. Walking distance to pharmacy. To top it all, it's safe to jog around the property; hence, no need to use their treadmills. 5. Food was ok. We woke up late as usual lol so we don't get to enjoy most of their breakfast choices. We're definitely going to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff needs training so they don't discriminate against people with disabilities which goes against the ADA. When asking for accomodation due to a disability Stella at the front desk repeatedly said no. With one specific request for accommodation she answered "No, we don't do preferential treatment here." I tried to explain to her that if someone was to call in asking for handicap parking she wouldn't be able to answer in the manner she answered while speaking with me. She kept interrupting and speaking over me multiple times while I tried to explain to her that providing accommodation for a guest isn't preferential. Her tone and interaction was highly unprofessional and down right rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel simply because of how they treated us and also because wr are loyal Platinum members. Even if we didn't have a higher status with Marriott, we should NOT have been discriminated against in this manner.
