$100 for a 24h turnaround. I told them what I believed to be the problem, they returned my machine to me stating it was running fine and they found no problems. One day later, the same problem I had asked them to diagnose returns, and I spoke to someone else (unaffiliated with GeekiT) regarding my problem, and with no hesitation they recognized my problem as symptoms of a failing AIO, confirming my suspicions. $100 for a failed diagnostic and to be spoken to in manner that told me they did not care for my concerns in unacceptable.

During the past month I received extremely bad service from unqualified technicians from the offshore side of the Big Box tech squad. Their solution to resolving my Gmail to Outlook interface issue was to reload Outlook on my computer which wiped out all of my data. Alex, from GeekiT, cleaned up the issues and left me with a working application. He also called the next day to make sure that I had no further problems. He has excellent technical skills and is great at communicating his approach to solving issues. I highly recommend this group for your technical needs.

Coffee spill on Dell laptop keyboard. Neighbor referred Alex at GeekiT in Lakeland Plaza. Excellent reference. Alex examined laptop and confirmed mother board and hard drive ok. Keyboard had intermittent problems. He located a used keyboard since a complete palm rest with keyboard was not available. He also suggested replacing the hard drive with a SSD. He replaced the keyboard, the hard drive with the SSD, transferred everything over to the SSD at a very reasonable charge ( a whole lot less than buying a new laptop and reinstalling all the software). I appreciated the phone calls letting me know the status of the keyboard replacement search and the timeliness of the whole repair. Thanks for getting it fixed and saving me from a big headache.

Do not do business with this Unethical, Greedy, Opportunistic company. While I was out of town, my son's computer crashed. He took it in to these guys and they charged him $49 to diagnose what was wrong. Then charged him $49 to reconnect a CPU cable and put some thermal paste on the processor. A reputable company would have let the 17 year old know that they could do the work themselves and save the $49, but they did the work and charged him the full price ($98). When I called to ask, they had an attitude and told me, "well he paid it" and "that is our standard rate". Would not EVER do business with a company like this. I only like to work wit honest companies who look out for their customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these greedy arrogant people, unless you want to be taken advantage of. He told you what he thought was wrong, it was confirmed through your diagnostic fee, and you took advantage of a desperate minor by charging him $49 extra to move a cable over 1 jumper vs. advise him that he could easily fix it himself. Thank you for getting it working, but you did take advantage of a desperate minor then your staff argued with me when I asked them about it.
