pros- apartment is nice. the staff is very friendly.i love that its pet friendly. the valet garbage is always on top of it. cons- moved in with a broke window and sliding door. apartment was dirty when i moved in. not enough parking. water/sewer/trash are not included in rent. washer or dryer ruined my clothes and always leaves lint on clothes. we had electric issues and was wired wrong. had a professional take care of it. toilet and shower get clogged easily. you have to pay for parking not including in rent. they cant seem to get utilities in the same bill with rent. plus there are many extra fees that they don't tell you about included in your rent. rent somehow changes. i had issues logging into portal and the lady was clueless to help me. i did have someone else help and she is great. cant have visitors over or they will get towed. i'm not happy about the maintenance and not fixing things

This apartment complex is the worst one i have ever been to. the overall construction is terrible, everything is terribly made and breaks all the time, as soon as i moved in there were already multiple lightbulbs out, the dishwasher barely works, the fans in the bathrooms are going out, there is something wrong with the kitchen sink so it sprays all over you when you turn it on, the closet doors constantly break off the hinges, the fridge and freezer are never the correct temperature, everything in the fridge is frozen and everything in the freezer melts, the toilets are constantly getting clogged because the plumbing is terrible, the carpets are cheaply made, you have to pay for a parking spot (they're not included in rent) unless you want to park 3 blocks from your apartment because there is never enough parking, people who live here constantly have to park on the street, there is barely any storage space in the units and you have to pay $150 a month if you want a garage. Plus there are so many extra fees that they do not tell you about included in your rent and utilities. To top it all off the management is absolutely terrible, they never answer the phone when the office is open and they never care about anything that’s going on. Don’t apply here!!

I moved in in Nov 2019 and I am super impressed with the management and community. Both Gabby and Vanessa are very kind and caring and professional. The community is taken care of as well, its clean and they keep you up to date on any cleaning or maintenance work being done. They also posted a Pop and Paint event this past Saturday and it was so nice to gather with other residents and get to know eachother while painting with the instructor. I hope to see more events like this and cant wait to see what else is in store. This place feels like home and not just some apartment complex.

My family moved in the end of June 2019. I was very impressed by Vanessa's customer service skills. She is very personable. She went above and beyond to make sure our apartment was ready, and up to her standards, and my apartment was spotless and perfectly move in ready. As a long time renter, I appreciate management that feels pride in their property. Gabbi, the assistant manager, is great with communication, I always feel informed. She is helpful and kind. Any maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner, I am alerted promptly when I have packages. As a person with two kids, I love that the children have a playground, I also have a dog so the dog play area is convenient as well as the dog waste stations around the property. I feel great living here, I plan on staying for the foreseeable future, and positively recommend this property to others.
