this is very badly managed swimming club. The hot spa is not hot and full of bubble. The phone number of the maintaining company was taken out from the wall purposefully. There is not way to contact club if there is something happen in the club

Nice little HoA swimming/rec area. Pool and grounds are well maintained. The bbq grills are a nice little perk.

I'm pretty sure the HOA is Pacific Highlands Ranch East, but I'm not sure if other HOAs allow access to this pool

It says “swim club”. I’m wondering if I can pay membership fee to get access to this pool? Please help :)

I don't believe so. I think access is only through the HOA.
