Pricey but for San Diego not all that surprising. Like many other RV parks that allow "living" then allow these residents to live sub par like homeless, there are a few questionable rigs in the park. The amenities are nice and well kept.

Other than a little freeway noise the place is great! Easy access but still a feeling of seclusion. Quiet and clean. The staff is awesome. Michelle in the office works magic on the schedule and always patient with customers (and myself) Truly In the office and the rest of maintenance and security, terrific. Love the new community room. A great place to play pool and air hockey. Michelle has done such a great job cleaning the place up.

Ag - I do not ever want to giv an in fair review so here goes - we had a great stay - although felt under a lot of rules and so many e-mails about with something we did and sent to us because we were not complying or someone in the park did not comply- we were unclear of this - the office staff was nice. The pool was out for the entire stay - bummer hope they fix soon be cause when we checked in they said it would be 2 weeks - disappointment. The gym and other serves were there just in a state of construction. The cost to stay- well we went because we booked and compared to the other pakrks Cheap - then the fees and found out we could have stayed at camp land for cheaper - who knew There months of constant traffic from the interstate and the rumbling trains like earthquakes and we like a Orieo non extra stuffing in between - was a loud park - three months of that and it became back ground noise. But for some I could see the problem often I wondered if the washer was on spin cycle - but no a Train The restrooms and bath houses seemed to be clean often although never used and our washer/ dryer combo did our laundry better - but much is expected from a park that seemed to be more than 50 % residents The Dog caught the poison Oak like advertised - at the place that we could unleash him - they had pet space all over but no real dog park - had plenty of fun but pup paid the price. But a lab so shrugged it off. Now that I right this I feel it was not a super great stop - but as there were not many options we felt hostage to all the parks and chuck it up to San Diego and California- it a blessing to leave But all in all we really had zero serious issues just bits of remorse to Price Vs What you get - then come the extra every few you can think of - makes a stay expensive paying extra 75 dollars for a service dog and extra for the Car then the Tax - almost feel scammed by California Laws and lack of parks - not all of us are desperate looking for a place - sad that we accidentally had to stay in San Diego for so long. Anyways a god stop spot but long term it eats at ya a little bit …

This place has a lot going for it. Positives, very clean, very organized, and I feel very safe here. One can see maintenance working at almost any given moment. The office staff (Michelle, Noolie) are both amazing, and very professional/helpful. I have never seen a nicer laundry mat (I have yet to use the fully equipped gym but plan to when California opens up.) Something to note, if you need to do laundry you will need to buy a laundry card from the office. The pool area is clean and well kept. There is a main bike trail right outside the gate with just about anything one would want in a 15/20 min ride. There is also Mission Bay 20-25 min ride. This bike lane attaches to others making things easy and safe. There is also a hiking trailhead not to far away. Yes there is the highway, yes there is the railroad. Neither one is all that loud. Frankly with its prime location to everything San Diego offers it’s a small price to pay. The road to this campground is rough but there is no traffic so one can take their time. I will be honest I was skeptical at first but (due to the reviews), I am glad we are here and are enjoying this place quite a bit.
