Great food(prime rib sandwich) great service and I was there right at closing time so I didn't have high expectations. Went back the next day and got this huge ribeye perfectly cooked. One of the best steaks I've ever had, well over an inch thick.

I had dinner tonight at this Copper River Restaurant. My first time there in years. The food was excellent and the staff nice, very gracious. We were served quickly. We met the manager Donald Sheifield (?spelling) who seemed to be doing an excellent job. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to Copper River Grill for the first time in a couple years. We have not came because our experience prior was less than fair. We decided to give it a try, hopeful that the food and customer service has improved. Our waitress, Miss Rachel was so attentive and kind. She consistently checked on us even though she had other guests to tend to. We observed other guests very pleased with her friendliness and attentiveness as well. She was professional and responsive. We were well taken care of. Out food came out hot. I had the prime rib which was perfectly cooked-compliments to the chef! We were very pleased with every bit of our experience and were thankful for such a nice dinner out.
