RUN AWAY!!! I went and then I took my daughter because I made us back to back appts. I should have canceled. I received a bill for almost $200 for myself. After calling for about 2 weeks I finally got someone in the billing dept and was able to advise them that all I had was a check up which my insurance covers 100%. She said the “doctor” billed it incorrectly and she would adjust.. fine.. Next thing I know my daughter gets the same bill!!! I called for over a month to speak with someone and those untrained receptionists kept connecting me to a number where no one answered and they don’t accept vm!!!! We even started bring letters about it being on our credit when the billing was again their error!!! I finally got through this morning after acting crazy and the lady said she would adjust the bill. Don’t waste your time!!!! They are the worst!!! I’m not even going to talk about the actual visit… SMH RUN AWAY!!!!

This is the worst place to c ok me to for anything. The staff is unprofessional and don't know anything. The Doctor's are unavailable. They cannot be reached after consultations, the hospital cant get in touch with the doctors referral. This is the worst place I every been and I work in the healthcare business.

Seemed kind of bothered I came in. Need to see a Dr. Got a video appt.bapp seems hard to use. Gave em my new phone # and can't get thru the check in cause they still have my old # in the system. Guess I have to go to the office anyway. Oh well. See ya Friday. I will stop in. 🤓😁

I have used the patient portal also i left a message friday 5/3/19 no response & also today 5/6/19 no response if oakhurst medical in Rockdale co ga would answer thier phones as fast as you answered my question. There would be no problem
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am not sure what $60 fee you are referencing. If this is your "copay" those fees are determined by Medicare. We are not able to assess cost without a visit and insurance and income information. We do not offer counseling for drug and alcohol abuse. However, Viewpoint Health provides this service. They share the same building as ours. I hope this information helps.

We do not require hospital entry forms be signed at our office nor do we require a patient to sign forms at discharge from the hospital for any of our services. Perhaps it was a different organization.
Yes we do. You would need to see one of our providers and they will submit your medication to our partner discount pharmacy or to our enabling services team for assistance through pharmaceutical companies.
